No. You simply pay the fee for the service. £450 for the search and voice screening or £250 for the search and email screening.
When will I be invoiced?
When the shortlist is sent we will invoice for our services.
What if you can not deliver 5 candidates for the role?
In the unlikely event we can't find 5 suitable candidates there will be no charge and you will not be invoiced for our work.
What is your involvement once the candidates CV's are submitted?
Once the CV's are submitted we have no more involvement. You contact the candidates, arrange interviews, make the offer etc. directly with the candidate.
